Renee Melk is the Chief Executive Officer of Astral Dominion Energy, where she leads the company's global strategy across commodity trading, upstream exploration, and distributed energy. With over two decades of experience in international energy markets, Renee has built a reputation for identifying high-value opportunities in frontier markets and executing with discipline. Prior to founding Astral Dominion Energy, she held senior leadership roles at major commodity trading houses and energy investment firms across Asia and North America. Renee is known for her deep understanding of LNG and coal market dynamics, her ability to build lasting counterparty relationships, and her conviction that distributed energy systems represent the next major frontier in global power markets.
Jason Deren Chen
Jason Deren Chen serves as Director of Astral Dominion Energy, bringing extensive experience in energy finance, structured transactions, and cross-border deal execution. Jason has spent his career at the intersection of capital markets and physical energy, advising on and executing transactions across crude oil, LNG, and power infrastructure in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. His expertise spans trade finance, project development, and the structuring of complex offtake and supply agreements. At Astral Dominion Energy, Jason oversees the company's financial strategy, counterparty risk framework, and strategic partnerships — ensuring the company's trading and development activities are underpinned by sound financial architecture.
